Since then, he has worked vintages across Barossa, Margaret River, Champagne, and the Rhône, moving from the vineyard to the international fine wine market. A passionate seeker of the rare and the remarkable, Jim specialises in wines with a story—whether that’s artisanal grower Champagne, bone-dry and Kabinett Riesling, Chablis, or unapologetic Chardonnay. With a particular love of Pinot and medium-bodied reds.
