Stories are at the core of who we all are.
Our namesake is not the fairy tale you might expect, but a story of human resilience and entrepreneurship, deep beneath the earth. In South Africa in the late 19th century, at the Lion’s Pass farm, the Cinderella Deep Gold Mine drew entrepreneurs and trailblazers from all walks of life, eager to explore its possibilities.
In the spirit of those pioneers, The Cinderella Wine Experience is founded on connection, conversation and community. We believe there is no better way to express these values and share stories than over an exceptional glass of wine.

Brad Banducci
Brad has been passionate about wine since the beginning. As a teenager, he recalls “hitch-hiking” more than 1,600 km from Boksburg (near Cinderella itself) to Stellenbosch for his first winery tour and tasting. A seminal experience .
In the late 1990s, he worked for BCG in the wine industry and decided to act on his own advice. Brad and four partners developed their own vineyard from scratch - the Aurora Vineyard in Bendigo Central Otago. Later, he worked with Archer Capital to acquire a disparate group of wine assets from Fosters - Cellarmasters Group - and joined as Group CEO.
That’s where he met Jeremy.
Jeremy Parham
Jeremy was similarly exposed to wine early on, a passion which quickly took root. Born and raised in the UK, Jeremy began his career in the fast-paced world of financial markets.
When moving to Australia in the early 2000s, he channeled that business experience into launching Cellarforce, and later, Wine iQ. Driven to find innovative ways of exploring both business and wine, he established a brand-new model that partnered directly with wineries to deliver fresh, creative marketing strategies to consumers.
This venture eventually caught the eye of Archer Capital/Cellarmasters Group, who acquired his business and sold the combined entity to the Woolworths Liquor Group.

Better Together

What followed was a decade of working together in premium wine retail. Jeremy stepped into the role of General Manager at Langton's, where he spent 10 years leading an exceptional sales team and modernising the traditional Langton’s auction house. Concurrently, Brad moved from wine to groceries, and ended up as the CEO of Woolworths Group.
Upon retiring from Woolworths, while setting up the Cinderella Collective, Brad felt it was time to get the gang back together, and the Cinderella Wine Experience was born.
