Tim was raised in a family environment where wine was a revered staple of daily life. In his early years, visiting the cellar with his father, a passionate wine drinker, was always a welcome treat. His life since has been largely spent in the food and entertainment world, owning and operating fine dining restaurants and nightclubs in the 80s and developing a personal passion for helping friends and family appreciate wine. Fifteen years ago, he followed that devotion into an intense wine education. Today, he prides himself on curating the best cellars possible for residents and expats alike.
